In 1967, after seminary, Frank founded the Rochester Downtown Ecumenical
Ministry (an “industrial mission”). Five years later, he left to attend business
school, majoring in organizational behavior. He worked in the private sector and
consulted for more than 25 years with corporations, nonprofits, and churches
on organizational effectiveness and leadership development. A graduate of Yale
University, Union Theological Seminary, and the M.I.T. Sloan School of
Management, he also holds a Certificate in Psychoanalysis from the Westchester
Institute.
In 2015 he was called to be Ridgebury Congregational Church’s two-year Term
Minister and was ordained the following spring. He now facilitates an ecumenical
community of practice for senior ministers, is building his psychotherapy practice,
and has accepted a call to provide ministerial assistance to The Congregational
Church of Easton.
