First Time Visitors

All people are welcomed here at the Congregational Church of Easton. Whether you’re a first time visitor, or just haven’t been around for a while, here is some information to make your visit easier.

Getting here

You can find directions and a map on our find us page. Note that our official address is for our offices in the Old Staples Academy Building. Our church building is directly across Center Rd from our offices.

We have a large parking lot right next to the church building on Center Rd. There is also a turnaround driveway located close to the church building if you need to drop someone off near the door for easier access to the building.

Our church consists of two buildings directly across the street from each other on Center Rd: our meeting house and our offices in the Old Staples Academy. You can find more information about our facilities here.

Worship Services

Services begin at 10:00 a.m. They typically last about 1 hour. The first Sunday of the month is food Sunday when we bring in donations for the food pantry at St. Luke’s/St. Paul’s and observe Communion.

Entering the church

You will enter the church through our front double doors into the narthex where you will be greeted by one of our deacons or parishioners. You are welcome to take a bulletin and informational pamphlet about our church. There is also a table for you to sign our guest book if you want.

During our service, we do pass around plates for donations. While we always appreciate any donation given, you are not obligated to give anything at that time.

Coffee Hour

Immediately after church services, we hold a coffee hour in the Old Staples Academy. This is a great time to meet members of the community and enjoy a tasty treat.

Please note that our church building is a historic building and as such our restrooms are located across the way in our church hall in the Old Academy Building.
