Join us on March 24th at 7:30 PM at 336 Westport Rd. at the corner of Westport Road and Center for our Tenebrae service. This is when we observe Christ last night and day, the denial and betrayal of the disciples, and the suffering and death of Jesus. It means shadows and in this service we start with eight lit candles and at the end we sit in the silence of the darkened church. It is a time to contemplate if we could stay awake with Christ for one hour. This service helps us to deal with the darkness of life and death and to prepare our hearts for the joy of the resurrection on Easter morning. All people are welcome.
