Celebrate the crossroads of past, present, and future during our Open House at the Congregational Church of Easton on Sunday, October 18th starting at 10:00 am and continuing with children’s games and some tasty appetizers. The church is located at 336 Westport Road, the church meeting house is located across the street. The open house starts with worship featuring local musicians and the re-dedication of our newly repainted church building followed by a light H’orderves hosted by our congregation and some children’s games and a time of fellowship.
Founded on October 14, 1762, the “Church on the Hill” is a historic landmark in Easton. In addition to serving as a church, the facility originally served as the meetinghouse for the town of Easton. The Congregational Church of Easton is in a revitalization phase affording opportunities for church members, previous members and those from Easton and surrounding towns to build a spiritual community to meet their collective needs.
